Nikolina Lecic is the broker/owner of the Exclusive Buyers Real Estate LLC which provides services to home buyers in southeast Minnesota. After obtaining her real estate license for Minnesota in 2005, Nikolina worked as an exclusive buyers real estate agent for 17 years. Prior to joining Buyers Real Estate Broker, she worked as a mortgage consultant with Home Federal Savings Bank in Rochester, where she was responsible for analyzing mortgage market conditions and assisting customers with their mortgage need. She has helped 427 families finance their home. In 2000, Nikolina received her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Eastern Illinois University, Charleston where she worked as a graduate assistant. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in 1999 from the same university. I suggest that ANYONE in the market for real estate should utilize Nikolina's unique way of doing business.
